Ljubljana

Ljubljana is small enough to cross on foot and surrounded by mountains, which sets the tone. Tivoli Park and the Path of Remembrance ring the city for running, and the climbing scene is disproportionate to the size. The Alps and the Adriatic are both under two hours away.
