๐ก Mont Kiara is full of expat families โ very comfortable area. Open gym hours (14:00โ16:00) are the quietest time. Good parking available.
Bukit Bintang
๐ก Great for a boxing cardio workout without the sparring pressure. Central location makes it easy to combine with a Bukit Bintang day. Wraps provided free.
Bukit Jalil
๐ก RM5 for an Olympic pool is incredible value. Mornings (7-9am) are the best for lap swimming. Bring your own goggles and cap. Accessible via LRT to Bukit Jalil station.
Lake Gardens
๐ก Saturday 6:30am start beats the tropical heat. The botanical gardens are beautiful and relatively flat. Bring water โ it gets humid fast. Post-run teh tarik is tradition.
Bukit Kiara
๐ก Bring bug spray and lots of water โ it's a jungle. Morning runs before 8am are cooler. Watch for monkeys โ don't bring food. The trails are well-marked but can be slippery after rain.
KLCC
๐ก Go at 6am before the heat builds โ you'll share the park with local tai chi groups. The jogging path is well-lit for evening runs too. Free parking in Suria KLCC after 6pm.
